Stock your cocktail and mocktail cabinet with a spiced simple syrup for holiday drinks.
- Stovetop: 1) Put the sugar, water and Mulling Spices sachet in a small saucepan; bring to the boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. 2) Remove from the heat and leave the spice bag to steep until the syrup cools. 3) Discard the spice bag and decant syrup into a jar or bottle.
Use the syrup as a cordial and top with club soda or Prosecco for festive fizz.
