A tangy cranberry sauce infused with warm spices and orange
Ingredients
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup sugar
- zest from 1 orange
- 1 Mulling Spice Infusion
Instructions
- Slow Cook 1) mix all the ingredients in the cooker; tuck the Mulling Spice Infusion bag into the ingredients 2) cover & cook on HIGH for 2 - 3 hours or LOW for 4- 5 hours and stir after half the cooking time 3) leave to cool
Tips
To make a festive Cosmopolitan, in a shaker combine 2 tbsp of spiced cranberry sauce, 50ml vodka, 25ml triple sec, 1 tablespoon lime juice. Shake and strain into a glass.
